Training is delivered through a wide range of strategies in a blended learning system. This system includes: classroom learning, workplace learning, formative and summative assessments, portfolio building, recognition of prior learning and self-study applications.
Training is based on the technique of behaviour modeling. Through the use of this technique, learners develop an understanding of the core knowledge concepts, watch and analyse a skilled model and then attempt to replicate the performance.
